SAN FRANCISCO, May 14, (THEWILL) – About 150 armed policemen were stationed on Monday at various entries and premises of Jos High Court.

This is where the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) is set to arraign ex-Governor, David Jonah Jang of Plateau state.

Jang is to be arraigned before Justice Daniel Longji of the Jos High Court on a 12-count charge bordering on alleged corruption and stealing of N6.3 billion belonging to the state two months before leaving office in May 2015.

There were about 10 policemen at the first gate of the court and about 15 also at the second gate of the court.

Within the premises of the court there were also policemen stationed at strategic places to maintain security and order at the court.
