
SAN FRANCISCO, August 28, (THEWILL) – Kwara State Commissioner for Special Duties, Hajia Aisha Ahman Pategi has resigned from the cabinet of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq.
Hajia Ahman Pategi who initially was commissioner for local government and chieftaincy affairs before she was redeployed to Special Duties, said in a statement on Friday that “effective from today, Friday 28th August, 2020, I humbly wish to formally announce my resignation from the cabinet of His Excellency, Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq.”
The former commissioner expressed gratitude to God for the grace and opportunity to serve as Commissioner.
Pategi announced her resignation barely two weeks after the Special Adviser to the Governor on Health, Prof Wale Suleiman resigned.
