October 24, (THEWILL) – Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu, on Tuesday, received his counterpart in Ogun, Oyo, Lagos and Ekiti States at his Jericho residence in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.
The visit, according to THEWILL’s findings, was to check on Akeredolu who since his return to Nigeria from his three-month medical leave in Germany on September 7 has been at his Ibadan residence.
The Governors including Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos and Biodun Oyebanji of Ekiti, had converged on the office of their Oyo counterpart in Ibadan, Seyi Makinde, where they moved out in a convoy to Akeredolu’s residence.
The brief check on Akeredolu at his private residence was held away from journalists’ eyes and cameras, with the visiting Governors exiting Ibadan not long afterwards.
Akeredolu has been in Ibadan since he returned from a three-month medical leave in Germany.
