SAN FRANCISCO, March 22, (THEWILL) – Former Vice President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has announced that one of his sons has tested positive for the coronavirus disease in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital.
Mr. Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the 2015 presidential poll, tweeted Sunday that the National Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, has been notified.

He further said the son is being treated at the Gwagwalada Specialist Hospital Abuja.
Nigeria as at Sunday night had confirmed 30 cases of the deadly virus with Lagos accounting for almost 90% of the cases.
