Update: 32 killed, 80 wounded in attack – Red Cross
SAN FRANCISCO, November 17, (THEWILL) – A bomb has exploded at a major motor park in Yola, Adamawa State, killing many persons and injuring several others.
The blast occurred late Tuesday evening as traders were shutting down and heading home after a long day.
The Red Cross said 32 persons were killed in the attack while 80 others were injured.
Witnesses said security operatives and emergency workers have been transporting bodies to a local hospital.
As at the time of writing, no group has claimed responsibility for the attack, which has the hallmark of the terrorist group, Boko Haram.
