BEVERLY HILLS, October 22, (THEWILL) – Eyewitnesses are reporting multiple rounds of gunfire and fire at the Ikoyi Correctional Center located just off Ribadu Road in Lagos in what appears to be a jailbreak attempt.
THEWILL gathered that military personnel have taken over security at the facility and locked it down.
