SAN FRANCISCO, June 16, (THEWILL) – The Court of Appeal in Abuja Tuesday ruled that the suspension of the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Adams Oshiomhole, by the party in his ward in Edo State is valid. The court also affirmed an earlier ruling of the High Court that approved his suspension and ordered his removal as national chairman.
In a unanimous ruling, delivered by Justice Mohammed Lamido, the 3- man panel of justices of the court dismissed Oshiomhole’s challenge of his suspension for lacking in merit.
