BEVERLY HILLS, April 26, (THEWILL) – Nigerian soldiers are presently engaging Boko Haram terrorists in Maiduguri, the capital of Borno State.
Some residents of the city told THEWILL on Thursday evening that they could hear heavy gunfire and military aircrafts in the skies, that soldiers are battling the terrorists responsible for thousands of deaths in the northeast.
The Nigerian Army in a tweet said the terrorists have been “Successfully repelled”.
