May 29, (THEWILL) – Former Governor of Lagos State, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on Monday, at Eagle Square in Abuja, took the oath of office as the 16th President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Tinubu took his oath at exactly 10:38am on Monday.
The oath of office was administered by the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Olukayode Ariwoola.
Also sworn in as Vice-President is former Borno State Governor, Kashim Shettima.
Justice Ariwoola administered the oath of office on Shettima at exactly 10:30am.
