July 29, (THEWILL) – A United States court has called for the arrest of Deputy Commissioner of Police in Nigeria, Abba Kyari.
Otis Wright of the United States District Court for the Central District of California directed that the Federal Bureau of Investigation track down Kyari and bring him to the United States over the policeman’s role in a multi-million dollar fraud perpetrated by Ramon Abbas, aka Hushpuppi.
