December 23, (THEWILL) – President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived Maiduguri, the Borno State capital on an official State visit.
He was received by the Borno State governor, Babagana Zulum, service chiefs, and senior government officials.
The president is billed to commission various projects in the state.
