BEVERLY HILLS, October 23, (THEWILL) –Â President Muhammadu Buhari is presently in a virtual meeting with former Heads of State, as well as service chiefs.
While the agenda of the meeting has not been disclosed, issues bordering on the current security situation in the country are believed to top the agenda.
Those taking part in the virtual meeting are former Heads of State and Presidents, Gen. Yakubu Gowon, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, Gen Abdullasam Abubakar, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan and Chief Ernest Shonikan.
While those present with the President at the State House Council Chambers are: Vice President Yemi Osinbajo; Secretary to Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha; Chief of Staff to the President, Professor Ibrahim Gambari, and National Security Adviser, Major General Babagana Monguno.
Others include the Chief of Defence Staff, General Gabriel Olanisakin; Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu; Director General, Department of State Services, Yusuf Bichi, and Director General, National Intelligence Agency, Ahmed Rufai.
