SAN FRANCISCO, May 18, (THEWILL) – National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) Comrade Adams Oshiomole on Monday inaugurated Arch. Waziri Bulama as the party’s new National Secretary.
The inauguration took place at the National Secretariat of the party in Abuja with Borno and Gombe Governors in attendance.
