BEVERLY HILLS, April 29, (THEWILL) – The Central Bank of Nigeria has sacked the board of directors of First Bank of Nigeria and its holding company over governance issues. The apex bank also returned Sola Adeduntan as Managing Director of the foremost bank.
CBN Governor, Godwin Emefiele announced the sweeping action in a press conference Thursday.
