January 28, (THEWILL) – A group of Chinese business investors are in the country to establish a world-class first BIV aluminium factory in Lagos to help curb the high rate of fake aluminium products.
According to the promoters of the new firm, the aluminium factory, when established, will provide jobs for about 100 young Nigerians for a start.
The Nigerian will be trained for six months on the latest technologies in aluminium designs by Chinese expatriates scheduled to arrive in the country very soon.
State of the art machines have been ordered for installation while operations have been billed to commence in August, 2022.
Similar factories were established in Abuja and Portharcourt with Lagos serving as its base as the investors have decided to make Lagos as the future China for Africa.
The factory which will have a massive showrooms will attract distributors across the country while a professional team from China will hold fair exhibitions.
It was also gathered that the investors have plans to establish tiles and water parks in the country after the take-off of the aluminium factory.
