BEVERLY HILLS, March 28, (THEWILL) – Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has donated his hilltop mansion in Abeokuta to the Ogun State government to use as an isolation centre as the country steps up efforts to contain the coronavirus disease.

Obasanjo’s spokesman, Kehinde Akinyemi, said the 32-room compound, the former residence of the politician, was donated because Obasanjo is concerned about the pandemic. “I think those who can in one way or another assist in this situation should do so,” Obasanjo said.
