The dividend, approved by shareholders at the company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM), is the highest in Dangote Cement’s history and reflects its strong financial performance in 2025 as well as its commitment to delivering value to investors.
The company said the increased payout was supported by robust earnings, healthy cash generation and disciplined execution of its growth strategy, reinforcing its position as one of the most rewarding stocks on the Nigerian Exchange (NGX).
Dangote Cement reported earnings per share of ₦59.86 for the 2025 financial year, highlighting its resilience and operational strength despite prevailing macroeconomic challenges.
