BEVERLY HILLS, March 02, (THEWILL) – The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has asked the Supreme Court to nullify the controversial judgment it delivered on January 14, 2020, which voided the election of Emeka Ihedioha, the governorship candidate of the PDP and declared Hope Uzodinma of the All Progressives Congress, APC, winner and governor-elect.

THEWILL reports that the justices have been under tremendous pressure to review/reverse their unanimous judgment following pushbacks from some senior lawyers, retired justices, media and the public.
