BEVERLY HILLS, April 19, (THEWILL) – The Department of State Services (DSS) on Monday denied operating an Instagram page or any other social media handle.
The service in a statement of disclaimer signed by its Public Relations Officer, Peter Afunanya, said, “The DSS does not operate an Instagram page or any other social media handle. Therefore, any page which claims to be associated with the DSS is completely fake and aimed at deceiving unsuspecting members of the public.”
While restating that its official web address is http://www.dss.gov.ng/, it warned the public against any interaction with the fake social media handlers.
