October 04, (THEWILL) – The Edo State House of Assembly has confirmed the appointment of 11 Commissioner nominees sent by Governor Godwin Obaseki.
The House also confirmed Hon. Justice Joe Acha as the Chief Judge of Edo State.
The commissioner-nominees confirmed are Oluwole Osamudiamen Iyamu (SAN); Prof Obehi Akoria; Dr. Joan Osa Oviawe; Osaze Ethan Uzamere and Monday Osaigbovo.
Others are: Marie Edeko Esq.; Joseph Eboigbe; Moses Agbukor; Isoken Omo; Andrew Emwanta and Mrs. Otse Momoh-Omorogbe.
THEWILL reports that the State governor, Godwin Obaseki, had last week appointed two Special Advisers, Crusoe Osagie (Special Adviser, Media Projects) and Sarah Esangbedo Ajose-Adeogun, as Special Adviser, Strategy, Policy, Projects and Performance Management.
