March 20, (THEWILL) – Nollywood actor cum politician, Desmond Elliot and popular blogger, Stella Dimoko-Korkus, have engaged in an altercation over the actor’s re-election at the polls.
Elliot had won the Lagos State House of Assembly election for Surulere Constituency 1, under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The actor had taken to social media to appreciate people who voted for him in his constituency while extending a hand of fellowship to his opponents, who lost at the polls.
Reacting to his post, Dimoko-Korkus made a post taking a swipe at the politician and also tagged him in her post.
“Same old, same old, you go enter voice mail again,” she wrote
Responding to the post, Elliot expressed surprise at Dimoko-Korkus’s outburst and stated that she is the one who is supposed to be projecting his image in a positive light instead of castigating him.
“Before I remove you from my space, you follow all people know me wella.
“I’m extremely shocked at you, Stella, like extremely. No be you at all. Where did you miss it?
“You wey suppose to dey talk of the Desmond you know. Na you come my space dey talk like this?
“No wahala, we all go dey alright,” he wrote.
Dimoko-Korkus also responded to the politician, she asked if he is the one footing her bills and challenged him to say the truth. She also revealed that she has unfollowed him on social media.
“Remove me from your space say you dey feed me? I say the truth and you know it.
“This has been your style for years. I am sorry if I sound negative (according to some). I have respectively unfollowed you, Sir,” she stated.
