SAN FRANCISCO, June 26, (THEWILL) – Buhari Dauda, a two month old baby, from Kuta community of Shiroro Local Government of Niger state, would grow have to grow up without a functional manhood.
This is because his male organ has been cut off by his stepmother, Baraatu Rabiu.
A Paediatric Surgeon, Dr. Ibrahim Abdullahi at the Ibrahim Babangida Specialist hospital, Minna, told newsmen that though the boy may have survived the attack, little Dauda has been inflicted with a permanent scar for life.
Similarly, an anonymous mother dumped a day-old baby inside a canal located at Ijigbo-Atikankan junction in Ado Ekiti, the Ekiti State capital.
The baby which still had his placenta intact was believed to have been dumped their shortly after delivery in the early hours of the day had died before daybreak.
Onlookers were distressed as they rained curses on the mother of the dead baby.
