March 20, (THEWILL) – The deputy governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in Lagos State, Funke Akindele, has moved on from her defeat at the polls.
The actress and her principal, Abdul-Azeez Adediran, aka Jandor, were defeated at the polls by the incumbent Governor of Lagos State and the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, in the Saturday governorship election in the State.
After her defeat, the mother of two deleted all posts relating to politics and the PDP from her Instagram page.
The posts visible on her page now are those of her movie promotion and other personal posts.
