June 11, (THEWILL) – Popular chef, Hilda Effiong Bassey, also known as Hilda Baci, has reacted to Damilola Adeparusi’s move to break her 100-hour cook-a-thon record.
Adeparusi, an Ekiti-based chef, is attempting to beat Hilda Baci’s unofficial cook-a-thon record by cooking for 120 hours.
While reacting to Adeparusi’s attempt to break her yet-to-be-certified Guinness World Record, Hilda Baci sent words of encouragement and advice to her colleague about the 120-hour cook-a-thon challenge.
“The beauty of dreams is that they are unique to each individual. Dami, your boldness to take on a cooking challenge shows that passion knows no limits.
“Embrace the journey, learn from every experience, and inspire others with your unwavering spirit. #DreamsUnleashed,” she tweeted on Sunday.
Recall that a few weeks ago, Hilda Baci embarked on a quest to surpass Guinness World Records’ current holder, Lata Tondon, after cooking for 100 hours and 40 minutes.
Although Hilda’s record is yet to be certified by the GWR, Chef Dami is undertaking a 120-hour cooking marathon to surpass Hilda’s record.
