June 12, (THEWILL) – Content Creator cum actor, Debo Adebayo, also known as Mr Macaroni, has cleared the air about one of his recent posts on social media.
The talented act had taken to Twitter to narrate his ordeal while he was in school.
According to him, there was a time he was battling depression and was expelled from school. He also lost money to scammers who promised him movie roles.
“I was dealing with depression in 2017/ 2018. That was the time I was expelled from the university. And it was the fourth university at that time.
“Abeg, wetin concern me with film then? My life na film wey people dey watch then.
“From 2019 na another round of depression. I continued hustling for roles in Nollywood.
“I have been acting on and off since like 2011. From one audition to another. Dem scam me tire. I pay for form on top say I wan act.
“I started creating content and posting online in 2019 when depression wan finish me.
“God picked my call the same year,” he wrote.
Many thought he was expelled from the four universities he attended, however, the actor has corrected that notion.
He took to Twitter to make it known that he was expelled from only one university and he was eventually recalled to school.
“Abeg, I wasn’t expelled from four different universities ooo.
“Yes, I went to four different universities but wasn’t expelled from all four, I was expelled in only one.
“However, I was recalled and graduated successfully,” he tweeted.
