July 17, (THEWILL) – A group, the Better Electoral Process (BEP), has called on the people of Anambra State to massively support and vote for a man it described as the young, vibrant and dynamic flag-bearer of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Andy Ubah, in the forthcoming governorship election.
The call was made in an enlarged executive meeting of the body in Warri, Delta State, after which the group said Ubah’s emergence portrayed the true aspirations of the people.
National Coordinator of the group, Leader Seleekemi, said the APC flag-bearer, who is well known by his antecedent as a one-time Governor and Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, will not let the people down.
According to him, Ubah’s track records demonstrated the truism that one should doubt not and believe in solid principles and political ideologies.
Seleekemi added that Ubah’s wide political tentacles and business acumen across the globe will rapidly transform the state with massive infrastructural and human capital development in the state.
He enjoined the people to vote for the best candidate in the Senator, whom he described as a peacemaker with the knowledge of developmental issues and how best to tackle them for the good of Anambra people.
Seleekemi explained: “Why we are clamouring for him to be Governor in the state is that the South-South and South-East share cultural ties.
“Moreover, Senator Andy Ubah has been tested, trusted and will fulfil the yearning and aspirations of the people where development of infrastructures will be a priority for his administration.”
