August 24, (THEWILL) – Music artiste, Ebunoluwa Damini Ogulu, professionally known as Burna Boy, has revealed that he is worth more than $22 million.
The self acclaimed African giant made this known while clarifying his worth during a recent interview with Complex, an American media outlet.
He revealed that his financial standing surpasses the widely circulated estimate of $22 million (₦17 billion).
The interviewer had referred to a Google search stating that the singer’s net worth is $22 million.
In response, he chuckled and corrected the notion.
“Hahaha, let’s not talk about it. Well, I prefer not to go that way. That is cool. But it’s inaccurate. They are way off.”
Though he didn’t state his exact worth, he made it known that the reported amount falls short of reality.
Burna Boy also expressed gratitude for his ability to be able to cater for his family’s financial needs.
“It’s great, man. It’s a blessing. It’s nothing short of a blessing. I always told my mother while growing up as a kid that I would buy her a house and a car someday”, he stated.
