SAN FRANCISCO, June 21, (THEWILL) – Mr. Ibrahim Idris, Nigeria’s new Inspector-General of Police Tuesday met with President Muhammadu Buhari alongside his predecessor, Mr. Solomon Arase, who retired officially from the police on Monday.
