
BEVERLY HILLS, January 15, (THEWILL) – Senator Hope Uzodinma of the All Progressives Congress, APC, and his deputy, Professor Placid Njoku have been sworn into office as governor and deputy governor of Imo State, respectively.
They were sworn in by the Chief Justice of the state, Justice Pascal Nnadi at a ceremony held inside the Imo State Government House, a day after the Supreme Court nullified the election of Emeka Ihedioha and returned them winner of the 2019 governorship poll.
