April 18, (THEWILL) – Nollywood actor, Abiola Kazeem, aka Jigan Babaoja, has revealed that he has withdrawn the N100 million suit against Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad.
The actor had threatened a lawsuit against the singer after he was mocked in his song, ‘Ask about Me’.
Mohbad had taken a swipe at the actor’s disability and sang that his leg cannot touch the floor.
Jigan threatened to make him a scapegoat by slamming a lawsuit against him.
In a new twist, Jigan took to Instagram to declare his love for Mohbad as he described him as his twin brother.
He claimed that he was on his way to court with Mohbad when someone called and stated that Mohbad is his twin brother.
However, it was gathered that the actor made a U-turn after receiving an alert from the singer.
“I know a lot of people have been waiting for this update. We were actually on our way to the court this morning with Mohbad and some other people. But my brother called me and told me that the person I am taking to court is my brother.
“Mohbad again happens to be my twin brother. Everyone, withdraw from the case, he is my twin brother,” he said.
He also posted the screenshot of an alert, which has Mohbad as the sender but the amount and name of the recipient were not shown.
