
BEVERLY HILLS, February 13, (THEWILL) – The Prof. Jerry Gana-led strategy review committee of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, on Monday paid a visit to former president Goodluck Jonathan in his residence in Abuja.
The committee, which has a mandate to review the affairs of the party and proffer recommendations for its rebuilding process, used the visit to present its report to the immediate past president.
This was made known on the official Twitter handle of the opposition party.
“Happening now, the members of the Strategy Review Committee meeting with the former President, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan at his residence, Abuja.
“The Committee was at the residence of the former President to present the report to Dr. Goodluck Jonathan, GCFR,” read the tweets.
After meeting with Jonathan, the committee members headed to the home of one-time national chairman of the PDP, Alhaji Bamanga Tukur.
The delegation is also expected to submit its report to former military head of state, Ibrahim Babangida, at his hilltop mansion in Minna, Niger state.
