BEVERLY HILLS, September 12, (THEWILL) – Operatives of the Rivers State Police Command, in a joint operation with a local vigilante outfit, Saturday arrested a notorious kidnapper and leader of Greenlanders Cult Group, Honest Digbara popularly known as Boboski. He was arrested along with his immediate younger brother
Boboski, who had been terrorizing communities in Ogoni, was arrested at about 2:30am, at Koro Community in Tai local government area of the state.
Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, had earlier this year placed a N30million bounty on the wanted kidnapper.
