
July 22, (THEWILL) – Domestic carrier, Max Air, on Sunday evening, was involved in a minor incident at Yola Airport.
THEWILL gathered that the aircraft conveying about 100 passengers on July 21, 2024, at approximately 1830hrs local time, while in transit from Yola to Abuja, lost its wheels during taxiing, preparatory for take-off.
The pilot, therefore, aborted the flight while passengers disembarked safely.
Max Air is a Nigerian airline operating domestic and international flights. Established in 2008, the company’s head office is located in Kano State with its base at Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport, Kano.
