BEVERLY HILLS, May 5, (THEWILL) – Nigeria Tuesday added another 148 new cases of the coronavirus bringing the nation’s tally to 2950 with 481 recoveries and 98 deaths.
Data released by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, showed Lagos, the epicenter of the pandemic in Nigeria, with new 43 cases, while Kano State recorded 32 cases.
Zamfara recorded 14 cases, FCT Abuja 10, Kastina 9, Taraba 7, Borno and Ogun 6 each, Oyo 5, Edo, Kaduna and Bauchi 3 each, Adamawa and Gombe 2 each, while Plateau, Sokoto and Kebbi recorded 1 each.
