BEVERLY HILLS, February 03, (THEWILL) – The former interim National Chairman of the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC), Chief Bisi Akande, on Wednesday took a swipe at the ongoing membership revalidation/registration exercise by the party, describing it as an aberration.
Akande spoke in Ila, his country home when the party’s monitoring team led by Senator Abu Ibrahim paid him a courtesy visit.
“I see the present APC membership registration within less than a decade after the original register as an indefensible aberration leading to certain ugly perceptions”, Akande told his guests on Wednesday.
Akande said one of the ugly perceptions being created is that the leadership of the party has no regards for judicious use of financial resources.
He also warned the Mala Bala Buni led committee of the party against undue elongation of their tenure.
