Rivers Crisis: Three More Commissioners Quit Fubara’s Cabinet

December 15, (THEWILL) – The political crisis currently rocking Rivers State has assumed another dimension as three more Commissioners resigned from their positions in the State Executive Council.

The three Commissioners include that of Housing, Dr. Gift Worlu;  Commissioner for Education, Chinedu Mmom and  Dr. Jacobson Nbina JP,  Commissioner for Transport.

This is coming just 24 hours after five Commissioners, including Prof.  Zacchaeus Adangor (Justice and Attorney General); Works, George-Kelly Alabo; Special Duties, Emeka Woke; Finance, Isaac Kamalu; and  Inime Chinwenwo-Aguma; Special Duties, resigned on Thursday.

Those who have resigned so far are said to be strong allies of the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike.
