The 270-day instrument, redeemed on April 17, 2026, was settled on schedule, underscoring the company’s consistent ability to meet its financial obligations.
The milestone reflects Veritasi’s strong financial footing and prudent management approach, key factors that continue to inspire investor confidence.
Proceeds from the issuance were strategically deployed to fund major developments, including the Camberwall Advantage Series and Tinuola Towers.
These flagship projects form a critical part of the company’s portfolio and are designed to deliver premium residential options to both local and diaspora investors, while contributing to urban development.
Veritasi also noted that the redemption strengthens its working capital position, enhancing operational efficiency and supporting long-term growth plans in a competitive market.
