March 16, (THEWILL) – President Muhammadu Buhari, on Thursday, demanded the swift arrest and punishment of suspected terrorists, responsible for the murder of several innocent persons in Zangon Kataf Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
THEWILL reports that over 27 villagers have been killed by gunmen suspected bandits in two separate attacks on Unguwar Wakili and Langson communities of Zango Kataf.
Expressing shock over the return of renewed attacks in the State, President Buhari, in a statement issued by his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, conveyed his “deepest condolences” to the families of those killed.
“There is a concerted attack on innocent citizens in the State and the security and law enforcement agencies must take serious action to put an end to this.
“My deepest condolences to the families of those killed in these horrific attacks. May their souls rest in peace,” he said.
