March 07, (THEWILL) – Abia State Commissioner for Labour and Productivity, Sunny Nwanganga Onwuma is dead.
A statement signed on Friday by the State Commissioner for Information, Okey Kanu, informed that the 61-year-old, who served as the immediate past Commissioner for Transport, died on Monday after a brief illness.
Kanu said, “The Abia State government extends its deepest condolences to his family, friends, and the people of Abia State.
“We fervently pray that God Almighty grants his soul eternal rest and gives his family the strength to bear this irreparable loss.”
Onwuma hailed from Ihie, in Ugwunagbo LGA of the State. He is survived by his wife and four children.
