March 27, (THEWILL) — West Africa’s leading carrier, Air Peace, has announced the resumption of its direct non-stop flight service from Lagos to the Caribbean, marking a significant milestone in strengthening travel, trade, and cultural ties between Nigeria and the region.
The airline disclosed that the monthly service, scheduled to commence on May 24, 2026, will operate from Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos to Antigua and onward to Bridgetown, Barbados.
Notably, this service will be the only direct air link connecting West and Central Africa to the Caribbean, offering passengers seamless and efficient travel options.
According to the published schedule, flights will depart Lagos at 06:00, arriving in Antigua at 15:00, before continuing to Barbados at 16:30 and landing at 17:50.
The return leg departs Barbados at 13:00 to Antigua, then proceeds to Lagos at 15:50, arriving at 01:50 the following day. This coordinated schedule allows passengers from across the region to connect conveniently through Lagos to Caribbean destinations.
