
SAN FRANCISCO, January 10, (THEWILL) – The All Progressives Congress, APC, caucus in the Senate has removed Ali Ndume as the Leader of the Upper Chamber.
The caucus, in a letter to the President of the Senate, Bukola Saraki, appointed one of its own representing Yobe north, Ahmed Lawan, as Ndume’s replacement.
But speaking with reporters at the National Assembly complex, Ndume said he was unaware of his removal.
Senator Ndume is the lawmaker representing Borno South in the Senate.
