
September 14, (THEWILL) – In preparation for the Dangote Refinery’s scheduled petrol loading on Sunday, September 15, 2024, the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited has mobilised trucks to the refinery’s fuel loading gantry in Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos.
Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Wale Edun, disclosed on Friday that the NNPC and Dangote Refinery had reached an agreement as sole buyer of petrol products from the refinery.
On Saturday, the national oil company said that over 100 trucks, with hundreds more en route, have been mobilised to the refinery for the loading of petrol products from Sunday.

As of Saturday afternoon, NNPC Ltd. had deployed over 100 trucks, with hundreds more en route”, a post on NNPC’s X page read on Sunday.
