Boko Haram: Three Terrorists, Civilian JTF Member Die In Borno Suicide Attack

BEVERLY HILLS, January 25, (THEWILL) – Three persons and a member of the Civilian Joint Task Force, JTF, have been killed in two separate suicide bombing attacks, in Usmanti and Kaleri area in Mafa local government area of Borno State. The attacks are in the same fashion with the ones carried out by Boko Haram terrorists.

The first bombing, happened around 11:55 pm on Tuesday, when the suicide bomber was targeting a security outpost in the Usmanti layout. Channels Television reports that he was however shot by the military.

The second attack was said to have occurred on Wednesday around 5:30 am, when a female and a male suicide bombers were trying to gain entrance to a mosque in Kaleri area but were spotted on time by the Civilian JTF.

These incidents were confirmed to the media house by the Head Media and Public Relations of the Nigerian Army, Sani Datti.

The Kaleri/Muna axis has become notorious as most of the explosions that have occurred in Borno State in recent times are either around the place or linked to the area.
