BEVERLY HILLS, February 08, (THEWILL) – The Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, on Wednesday disclosed that President Muhammadu Buhari is not in hospital, adding that the President is neither in danger.
He stated this while briefing State House correspondents on the outcome of the day’s Federal Executive Council, FEC, meeting presided over by the Acting President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo.
“The President is well, hale and hearty. He is not in any way in danger. He is not ill and he is not in hospital,” Mohammed said.
He went on to posit that ministers would not have been going about their duties the way they are doing had the President being in danger.
Buhari, who had gone to the UK for a 10-day vacation, had the holiday extended “in order to complete and receive the results of a series of tests recommended by his doctors”.
