August 31, (THEWILL) — The Corporate Affairs Commission has extended the commencement of its revised service fees to October 1, 2025.

This is the second postponement of the implementation date, as the Commission continues efforts to stabilise its new Company Registration Portal.

In a notice posted on its official X handle, the CAC explained that the extension was necessary to ensure the portal is fully stabilised before mid-September.

It said the decision underscores its commitment to providing seamless and customer-friendly services to stakeholders nationwide.

The Commission further assured that the transition into the revised fee regime would be smooth, efficient, and beneficial to businesses.

It also expressed appreciation to customers and stakeholders for their patience and cooperation during what it described as a critical transformation phase.
