
SAN FRANCISCO, July 08, (THEWILL) – Former Super Eagles striker and ex-Monaco star, Victor Ikpeba has urged Arsenal FC youngster, Bukayo Saka, to play for the Nigerian national soccer team, the Super Eagles ahead of the Three Lions.
Saka, who was born in Ealing to Nigerian parents is eligible to play for Nigeria and will have to apply to switch nationality to wear the jersey of the three time African champions because he had represented England at the youth level in the past.

Saka has been impressive for the Gunners this season and just signed a 4-year contract with the club. After watching his team draw 1-1 with Leicester City FC, Ikpeba said: “Watching the Arsenal Vs Leicester City game and I think Gernot Rohr should invite Bukayo Saka to the Super Eagles camp once the paperwork has been concluded.”
