January 07, (THEWILL) – Tragedy struck on Tuesday in the Takie area of Ogbomosho, Oyo State when a container-laden truck lost control and fell on a commercial tricycle.
The incident which occurred at Takie Junction around 9:30 a.m., killed two female passengers and the tricycle rider trapped under the container
Eyewitnesses said the truck lost control while navigating a bend, causing the container to topple and crush the tricycle.
Rescue officials confirmed that all three victims had died.
