NBA star, Russell Westbrook, says he has tested positive for the dreaded coronavirus.
Westbrook, who took to his Twitter account to announce this, stated that he’s feeling well and already in isolation.
He wrote: “I tested positive for COVID-19 prior to my team’s departure to Orlando.
“I’m currently feeling well, quarantined and looking forward to rejoining my teammates when I am cleared. Thank you all for the well wishes and continued support.
“Please take this virus seriously. Be safe. Mask up!”
THEWILL reports that like Westbrook other NBA stars like Kelvin Durant, Marcus Smart, Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchell have all tested positive for COVID-19 and recovered.
