May 22, (THEWILL) – The Dangote Petroleum Refinery has announced a fresh reduction in the pump price of petrol across the country.
The new prices, ranging from N875 to N905 per litre, marked a N15 reduction per litre.
The company, in a statement on Thursday, said the prices apply to all major fuel marketers in partnership with the refinery, including MRS, Ardova, Heyden, Optima Energy, Techno Oil, and Hyde Energy.
Following the new development, Lagos residents will now pay N875, while those in the South-South and South-East will pay N905.
Petrol in the South-West will go for N885, North-West and Central, N895, while those in the North-East will buy petrol at N905 per litre.
“Our quality petrol and diesel are refined for better engine performance and are environmentally friendly”, the company assured.
Previously, Lagos residents paid N890 per litre, while prices reached N920 in the North-East and South-South regions.
