October 13, (THEWILL) – Afrobeats Singer, David Adeleke, better known as Davido, and his wife, Chioma, have welcomed a set of twins, a boy and a girl in the United States.
The pleasant news was confirmed via a viral video where Davido’s dad could be heard welcoming Chioma who was seated in a wheelchair and Davido standing beside her with other family members scurrying to make the new mother comfortable.
In the video, Davido could be seen beaming with smiles while his wife held the twins grinning.
There had been rumours of the couple welcoming a set of twins but the couple declined to confirm this.
Gospel Agochukwu, the General Overseer of Shekina Area Gospel Ministry, was among the prominent persons who first circulated the reports.
The cleric shared a WhatsApp screenshot wherein the Afrobeats star appeared to have informed him that the prophecy he made in 2022 had come to pass.
Recall that the couple sadly lost their only son, who was three years old, in 2022 at their Banana Island, Lagos home.
